Centrally located with great amenities, the loft suite provided a cozy atmosphere, perfect for our group. The sauna was a fantastic touch, and having a well-equipped kitchen made our stay more enjoyable. We appreciated how clean everything was, though internet connectivity was a hassle at first. The responsive staff truly made a difference, ensuring our devices stayed connected during our time here.

I had a fantastic stay thanks to the welcoming staff who provided great maps and restaurant tips, and I loved having a cozy fireplace while enjoying the beautiful views of the village and mountains from my room. as a solo traveler, I appreciated the easy access to stores, restaurants, and the stunning Whistler Olympic Plaza just a short walk away.

What you should know

The location is truly fantastic, just steps from the village and ski lifts. Plus, the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere for our stay.

While the overall atmosphere was inviting, the building requires some maintenance. finishes felt dated and there were cleanliness issues that detracted from the experience.

A Great Family Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our 2-night stay in a spacious Studio Suite. The location was perfect for exploring the village, but we were disappointed with the closed Peak to Peak Gondola. On the bright side, the trip up Blackcomb Mountain was superb! Recommend checking gondola schedules before visiting.

Recommend it for families with kids

The staff was super friendly, always had a smile. We really appreciated how they helped us with the luggage upon arrival and provided us with water bottles, real nice touch. The room was perfect for our family with the kitchen facilities, we even cooked dinner one night.

The Loft Suite was super cozy and spacious. It had a nice fireplace and a full kitchen, which made meals easy. Two bathrooms were a bonus, and there was plenty of storage space. The bed was really comfy, although the A/C was kind of noisy. Location was perfect, just steps from the village. Loved the key card wristband too!
